Tim Hortons

I've come here for years, with nothing but good service on way to & from work. Usually get Ice Capps, through drive thru. Today I waited inline for 15min, got up to window.....full compliment of staff, & they put a flat lid on it, at least with a dome lid there's usually more in it. Just not organized, and Ice Capps are getting pretty pricey, not worth the wait and the app has changed the amount of points for free items. Improvements on app scan/pay AIO great but becoming not worth it. My wife has made the switch to Starbucks just down the way......I might be following soon! I remember when ice Capps came out $1.20 for a medium.....now like $3.49 for less points.

This was a 4 star review for the last couple years until today. Went in to order breakfast because I have an allergy to eggs. The cashier did not communicate this with the person making sandwiches. The cashier made the tea the wrong size, and only filled the french vanilla 3/4 of the way. The other cashier printed off the receipt to show us that it was typed in as both larges, no apology when she read that the tea was in fact rung in as XL. When the sandwiches were brought to the counter we were able to point it out to the cashier that the person making the sandwiches did not change her gloves or do anything you're supposed to do when someone comes in warning about allergies. She rolled her eyes and had the sandwich person remake it after changing gloves. Still not telling her it's because of an allergy, which we found out a little too late that she didn't wipe down the counter where the egg just was or change the paper where the egg just sat. My husband called after my throat closed up and was told a manager will call us back, they hung up before taking our phone number. At least I was headed to an appointment at a hospital. Perfect place to be when having an anaphylactic reaction. Dietary restrictions: Staff clearly does not care if you have allergies. Do not come here if you have serious reactions! Asked for my epi pen replacement to be covered and was hung up on.
