        I would like to report that i was sitting in line for 30 minutes with only a few people ahead of me i do not believe that special needs people should be working at the counter due to bad service

        Waited over 25 mins in drive through. Sat at speaker with no response for 10 Mins. Person on speaker did not speak English

        Experience was awful ordered coffee and tea biscuit and sat in line behind person at window for over 10 minutes person ahead had called or ordered online they should be made to go into store especially when it's lunchtime and people don't have all day to wait anyways got to window I said that's crazy sitting here over 10 minutes I asked if my tbiscuit was warm she said a little very rude I have been coming here for years very disappointed
