        Stopped at this Tims to pick up a coffee today. What a surprise. Service was very slow and while waiting I noticed the counters, backsplash and floor were filthy. If I hadnt already paid I would have left without it. This is the Tims I have frequented for years and I have never before seen it like this. It was my go to place for lunch but I have not been in awhile and I wont be back for awhile. I will try a different one.

        One star because 0 isn't an option. Decided to give this location another chance wow what a mistake didnt surprise me either they have a listening problem or don't know how to read or the manager enjoys stealing from customers which is stealing from corporate. Do better corporate. Avoid this location and Elgin terrible management no wonder they are Tim hortons managers.
