Just writing a review on this company after servicing one of their renovation homes. I am a Duct Cleaner, War Veteran and proud father. After arriving to one of Level Ups post renovation homes to clean the system for them. I informed them that when contractors were doing the renovations they forgot to turn the system off during sanding thus causing high amounts of construction micro dust to be absorbed by the system. Usually not an issue and can be resolved by an additional $60 to the service to remedy the mistake. Viktoria one of the owners / worker was not even willing to pay $60 to fix the mistake the company itself created. Finally I told Viktoria and the owner of the company I would not perform a clean that leaves dust behind. This unfair to your customer you promised a FREE Duct Cleaning too. In spite they smeared our company because they had to pay an additional $60 to have cleaned to avoid us cancelling. JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW THE MENTALITY OF THIS COMPANY AND HOW IT INTERACTS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY IT SERVICES. Service: Interior design

My husband and I hired Level Up to finish our basement. Our first initial meeting with Michael was amazing- he is so professional, knowledgeable and so personable. Michaels crew were all amazing as well and finished the basement on time. We are so happy with the end result of our basement and can't WAIT to be able to work with Level Up on our next project. We are very satisfied with the work provided by Level up group consulting. They were very professional. The schedule provided was strictly followed for the most part.The workers were all skilled and experts on the field. We liked that they have an in-house designer who worked with us and put our ideas to life. Michael was very easy to deal with. Overall, the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend Level up group consulting for all your construction projects. We cannot say enough positive things about Level Up Renovations!!! We have undergone several renovations in the past (with different companies/contractors) and have never had such a seamless, pleasant and stress-free experience from start to finish! From our first consultation meeting with Michael (the owner), we felt we could trust him. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and we could tell fairly quickly that doing this job was his passion. This all held true for the entire reno process! We needed to make our unfinished basement into a living space for my mom (one bedroom, a 4-piece bathroom, a kitchen and convert our crawl space into a finished storage area). Michael gave us tips, advice and suggestions that were clever and innovative. Cost wise, Level Up definitely wasn't the cheapest but also wasn't the most expensive. Everything was reasonably priced - by the end of the project, we felt that the price was justified based on the excellent quality of the work, the rare stress-free reno experience and the efficiency of the company in dealing with any small or large issues that inevitably always occur with any major reno such as this one. Michael always went out of his way to make us happy, no matter how strange our requests were or how it inconvenienced him. Once we signed with Level Up, we met with their lovely designer, Ashley and picked out finishings in a showroom. It was a completely seamless process! She even sent us 3D renderings of what our space would look like with the finishes we selected. Very professional! The project started the first week of January 2023. We were always given the schedule a week or so in advance so we could keep track of what work was to be completed that week; they were quite punctual too! And garbage was taken out regularly as needed. Avtar was assigned as our supervisor for the project (although Michael was still heavily involved throughout). Avtar was quick and efficient anytime we had questions or concerns. EVERY SINGLE tradesperson that worked on our project was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, had incredible craftsmanship, and was beyond patient with us when we were being indescisive!!!! I can't emphasize enough how important this was in making this reno as stress-free as possible! We also noticed how clean everyone was! Everything was covered at the start of the project (stairs, hallway, carpets, entryways, etc) and everything was tidied up at the end of each day. Our main floor powder room was used respectfully (we've had many tradespeople in the past who have used our bathrooms in our home as if they're public toilets). Additionally, everyone was very accommodating to us because we have a preschool aged daughter and were living at home throughout the renos (i.e. loud equipment was not used after her bedtime, etc). We were very impressed with who Michael had selected to work at Level Up! Each employee truly reflects the values of Level Up. The project wrapped up the last week of February 2023, being only 1 week delayed (also quite impressive!) from when Michael had originally given us a quote and estimated timeline. The delay was due to a kitchen cabinet installation error (we want to clarify that this was caused by some miscommunication in the location of the cabinets and NOT due to poor craftsmanship) for which Michael immediately took full responsibility and resolved the issue with lightening speed while simultaneously never compromising on the quality of workmanship!!! Overall, although we had hiccups in this project as one would expect with any major reno, it was the professionalism and timeliness in which the issues were taken care of that really sets this company apart!!! This is hands-down the company you'll want to trust with your reno needs!!! Service: Home renovations
