Extremely happy with the outcome of our basement renovation. Thomas was the consultant that visited our home and was very precessional, patient and provided great ideas. We ended up going with Entire home because of their quality and attention to detail overall. The cost was worth it and they provided financing which made everything easier. Would definitely recommend this company if youre looking for any home improvement!

I would like to take the time and say a big thank you to Entire Home for their outstanding work on my home renovation project. From the moment I contacted them, I knew we were in good hands. Their team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. My renovation project included a full redesign of our kitchen and bathrooms, and the Entire Home team exceeded our expectations in every way. The design sheet they provided was detailed and well thought out, incorporating all of our wants and needs while staying within our budget. They also offered expert advice on everything from material selection to fixture placement, which was invaluable in creating a cohesive and functional design. The renovation itself was executed flawlessly, they were going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, and they even made sure to clean up after themselves each day so that our home remained livable throughout the project. In the end, the finished product was nothing short of stunning - our kitchen and bathrooms look like they belong in a magazine! Our friends and family really love it. We completed our master bathroom renovation with the company. We had a pleasant experience communicating with Blake and the entire team was always very friendly throughout the process. Unfortunately, there was a lot of disorganization, poor collaboration and communication, and a number of errors which resulted in a long delay. Pros: friendly team with positive attitude, no surprises to cost, stayed on budget. Cons: disorganized, poor collaboration, poor planning, poor communication between teams, workmanship was average, long delay - Our project was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. It took 4 months from demolition day to the final finished date. This was really disruptive for our family. - We selected a beautiful herringbone marble tile to be used for our backsplash. Somehow the team accidentally installed the large shower tiles in a herringbone style on our wall instead. It all had to be ripped down and redone. They tried to convince us to keep the error. - We lost power in multiple bathrooms after the demolition day. It took them more than a week to resolve this. Our whole family including kids had to bathe with a lantern at night. Even after the renovation, this issue was not entirely resolved. I contacted Blake to let him know our power was still going out in other areas of the house. He said they already sent people in to fix it. We eventually hired an external electrician and he said everything was done incorrectly. Since we hired his help, it has been resolved. This really should have been fixed by the Entire Home team. - Teams did not show up on time or at all in some instances. There was even a week where nobody came at all and we received no updates. By the end of the project, we were told not to open the door for people coming to the door because they might not be employed there. It was very confusing. - Over the 4 months, we only had a few site visits from a project supervisor. Every time, it was also a different person who came in since they had so much turnover. Every time the new person came in, they came to complain about the last persons work, committed to fixing it for us, then disappeared. - Our shower floods every single time we shower since the first day. I cannot take a shower longer than 10 minutes or it will flood into the bathroom. We need to hire a plumber to resolve this. - Our ceiling is already peeling. It has been 8 months since we completed the project. - The team used some kind of red marker to draw lines in the marble tile while they were doing work. I have hired cleaners to try to get rid of the red. It is still showing in different parts of my shower tiles, niche, and backsplash. - A double sink vanity was installed and one of the faucets shot water out in a very strange way. Turns out a piece was missing during installation. We had to get it resolved by an outside party after the fact. Blake was always very polite and courteous even through all the ups and downs. I do believe Blake has a great vision and was able to help us design the bathroom we wanted. He has a great eye and we wanted to trust him with the process. Unfortunately, it seemed like there were issues with the actual contractors hired for the project. We were hoping to be able to do our entire home renovation with the company and this was the first project. We have now decided to go with another company to do our kitchen renovation and our basement remodel.

Do not release money till they finish the work I hire Entire home to finish my basement for a new house I purchased it. They provide a very firm construction schedule to start on Sept 21 and finish on Nov 2022 They finish my basement in Feb 1st 2023. Other issue i had with them: - forgot the house door open and we end up having a racoon inside the home -Broke the city water pipe in the basement during rough in -install egress window does not meet the building code , we were lucky to have a flexible inspector - change the material without permission ( their excuse that they dont have budget for it) - aloooot of hiding expenses that you wont expect My main advise dont release any money unless they complete the work, if you release the money you will end up be in their waiting list. The only good thing happened in my project that the staff was very kind and polite from the PM to the staff in the office . For sure they need to improve on their promise and timing which cost their client alot of costs
