        Very professional builder, good value and quality construction compared to neighbouring builders in my area. Consistently responded to my requests, and provided my grading deposit when requested. As per our agreement of purchase and sale we were required to not alter the grade and other features of our property until our phase was assumed. Many of our neighbours didnt follow this part of the agreement and that is why they likely did not receive their deposits on time. All in all very satisfied with the builder and would use them again in the future. Service: Home building
