Terrible builder, our home was delayed for months because they refused to fix a hole in the frame of the house. We were left practically homeless, because we were set to move in on said date. What felt the most spiteful was that all houses on the street were finished except ours. The upon moving in, window frames were cracked, tubs were chipped, and random holes wee left. We reached out to seek assistance but were completely ignored. If you don't want to end up homeless for months and racking up other temporary housing expenses, please look elsewhere. My poor parents had the most difficult time trying to get in touch with them during our warranty period, a completely ghost. Service: Custom home design

My wife and I are beyond impressed with the service of this builder. They handled the pandemic with the utmost grace. The house is in almost perfect condition and the builders were so kind when we would go to visit the home. Wide selection of upgrades to choose from and very intelligent and patient employee's. Had the worst experience working with this builder. They advertise as a luxury home builder but use the lowest quality materials and products. Horrible customer service.
