I recently stayed at this hotel. The room was ok and well-cleaned. The staff was very friendly, with the exception of the reception desk and a manager who seemed uninterested and even somewhat rude. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of order, which caused inconvenience for the cleaning staff. Also, the food was mediocre with very limited options and no vegetables. Overall, it was an average stay.

Dont trust the receptionists. Asked a front desk staff how much it would cost me to check out at 2 pm and was told 25 dollars plus tax from 1 pm. Go to front desk to check out at 1:50pm and was charged 50 dollars. When I told the receptionist about it. Receptionist (not mentioning the name out of respect but starts w a Pr) said that the person on call from the front desk mustve been new and simply brushed it off. Property is good tho but please get your rules in order and known to all staff members

Considering the cheap price of the hotel, I was not expecting a lot. Check in was quick and smooth, although the lady almost didnt give me my drivers license back after asking for it, probably a honest mistake though, nothing compared to how terrible the restaurant service was. The room we got was spacious, clean, no issues there. The problem began when we tried to order from the hotels restaurant as room service. The lady who picked up the phone for us to order had quite the attitude, sounding like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world to do her job. After an hour of no food arriving we called back for an update. The woman then straight up lied, saying we were called twice (untrue, iphones do a magical thing where they show incoming call logs, not that it ever rang to begin with, in-room phone never rang once either), and knocked multiple times (we were both in the room, quiet, no knocks ever happened). Disappointed and dont appreciate being lied too. I dont expect the most luxury in hotels of this price, but basic customer service would be nice.
