Did not complete the job properly. Put backslash on before the electrician came to add more outlets. I paid Alfredo in full. And noticed the outlets were not installed. I complained to Alfredo and Katrina about it They told me to use a power bar. It was blowing fuses. I also asked to do a couple of extras for me He broke his promise and wanted to charge me more. I also got a a restraining order from propty management because the workers left very late. Katrina and ALFREDO did not have the courtesy to apologize. This work was done December 2020. Poor Service and Poor Communication. We contacted Pronto Kitchens in October 2020 for a full kitchen renovation. The manager, Katrina, said that the earliest appointment was Nov. 3, 2020. The reviews were so positive we thought that if the meeting goes well, they will get our business. Alfredo arrived several hours late (Pronto did call that morning to say he would not make the appointment) but that was the first red flag. Alfredo was personable and made suggestions and stated that we would have a quote and kitchen design in two days - two weeks passed without any word from Pronto Kitchens! We contacted them November 16 to inquire on the status of the quote and design. Katrina at Pronto apologized and said we would have the quote in a few days. On November 19th they provided a quote stating if awarded we would provide for review and approval, 3D drawings and product details for your renovation. They said that they wanted the quote signed back to confirm the job, their quote states 50% deposit required upon signing (roughly 14k in our case) - before they would share a design! Weve done other kitchen renovations before and this is NOT the norm, a design is always reviewed in advance of the deposit (usually at the kitchen design location). On November 23rd we emailed some questions to both Katrina and Alfredo. We did not receive any response. On December 2nd, I called Katrina and asked if the company was serious about the renovation and that we would like to see a design. Katrina stated again that in the past people took their designs and then used someone else to do the reno, so they could not share a design (The reluctancy to review a design still didn't make sense). She then invited us to come to her location on December 16th and said a design would be ready for review when we came in. On that day we drove there (45min), and she showed us some samples and when I inquired about the design she seemed surprised and said that the design wasnt ready but she would have it for us in a few days?? She also said that Alfredo would bring the samples to our home at another time so we could see the samples in our space. She promised to follow up with us and that was the last we heard from Pronto Kitchens! To compare, in February we approached another contractor and they provided a detailed needs analysis, zoom meeting and we had a quote and design that same week! I was really disappointed with the apathy and poor communication from this company and wonder how they stay in business?? I would not recommend Pronto Kitchens.
