Vertex responded to a project I posted on Homestars and came out to view my commercial space in order to quote on the job. They were invited to quote on the initial project scope and while onsite, I also invited them to quote on additional elements such as electrical and painting (with them knowing that I was already in the process of getting quotes from other trades before meeting with them). I gave approval on the original scope of the project only, but unfortunately never received a response from them, I was basically ghosted and didn't get a reply. I ended up hiring another contractor.
