Ace Condominium Management Inc.

Totally disappointed with the service I received from ACE Management regarding the installation of internet in my unit. On May 01, Bell Canada arrived to install the internet, but discovered that the fiber wire needed to be replaced. They then contacted Reinhold at ACE Management for approval to change the wire, and were informed that the work could not begin until May 09. This left me without internet access for a total of 8 days. I find this situation to be unacceptable, as it is incredibly inconvenient to go without internet for such an extended period of time.

Without any prior notice or budget documents increased my monthly Maintenance fee, very unprofessional management company.

I had the opportunity to with Ace on a number of occasions. Their staff is extremely supportive and encouraging. Bedri, Redi, Reinold are genuine people that care.

Been dealing with them for about 2 years. There professionalism and attention to detail impresses me. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because I think their communication can improve slightly.
