Hez is a blessing! Was able to find a home for our move in August, even with the obstacles of being gone from Canada for 14 years! He is definitely making our move to Toronto from Manila easier and with less stress, and our case is probably as complicated as it gets. And we love how down-to-earth, honest and how responsive he is! Even dealing with him from outside of Toronto has been easy. Will definitely be keeping him on our speed dial and plan on dealing with him more in the future.

We just wanted to give Hez a HUGE thanks for going extremely above and beyond for our family in search of a new home, to bring our family all back together again during a difficult time with some loss we experienced in the family. Bringing us back together as a family was his main priority, it didn't matter what time it was, if there was a showing available even after working hours. He made it a priority to be there for us, after telling him our story he made us a first priority like no other, he took the time to listen, he truly cared for our situation. I came across Hez online in search of a new home, he took the time to really listen to what was going on... we had a few locations picked out where we would be comfortable moving to. I highlighted about 4 different cities and sent him the screen shot, well the next day I received an e-mail from Hez, I could not believe what I was looking at, he must have spent HOURS locating properties within our budget, with the parking spaces requested, everything we had on our must list was there, in every listing, to be exact there were 22 listings included in the e mail. He must spent so much time working on this for us, we could not believe it. We have never met someone like Hez in the industry. I very highly recommend Hez to anybody in search of a home, because you won't find another agent like him, so dedicated to the customer. We truly thank you so much for absolutely everything! Given the changing market, I decided to put my condo sale with concerns as to how long it would take. This was reinforced by the extended time another condo in the same building was on the market. Despite these circumstances, Hez made the process of selling my condo seamless. He provided good advice on the strategy to sell the condo and staged the condo beautifully which facilitated in selling the condo so quickly. Hezs keen eye for detail, hard work, experience, and research of the real estate market was a key factor in selling the condo under 2 weeks in a difficult market. Its very clear to me that Hez was the difference maker that helped deliver on the successful sale of my condo. I would recommend Hez, his skills exceeded my expectations, and he made the overwhelming task of selling the condo stress free.
