I had a terrible experience working with Vesna Kolenc as the sellers agent for a property I was interested in purchasing. Ms. Kolenc displayed unprofessional and dishonest behavior throughout the entire process, leaving me with a significant financial loss and a damaged reputation in the real estate market. Ms. Kolenc made numerous promises to address issues with the property, but never followed through on her commitments. After closing, I discovered that several appliances were not functioning properly, and the condition of the property was much worse than she had led me to believe. The pool system, fireplaces, water ponds, hydro tank, and septic tanks were all in disrepair, and several toilets had been damaged. Furthermore, the washroom mirrors had been stolen by the previous owners. Despite numerous attempts to contact Ms. Kolenc and get these issues resolved, she was unresponsive and made no effort to rectify the situation. As a result, I had to spend significant time and money to repair the damages, which was a significant burden to bear. In addition to Ms. Kolenc's unprofessionalism, she has been sued and found guilty on multiple charges. It's clear that she lacks integrity and is not capable of providing the level of service that one expects from a real estate agent. If you are considering working with Ms. Kolenc as a sellers agent or any other capacity, I urge you to proceed with caution. I am happy to say, Vesna made dreams become reality. My brother and I were going through a hard time and she played a big part in making a hard decision becoming easy. She is knowledgeable, professional, and resourceful. I am very pleased with her incredible worth ethic and professionalism. She is highly recommended in my books, for anyone selling.

Vesna helped us sell our home over asking price in three days. We credit her professionalism and extensive services pre-listing with this achievement. As part of her commission she provided professional photographers and handymen to paint, remodel, and stage our home. She made clearing out our belongings before staging a breeze by instructing us to put anything we wanted gone in the middle of each room. She then brought a massive bin to the front of the house and had her workers toss it all for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!
