We have been working with Steven for couple of Leasing projects, he was very helpful in finding the right tenants , he comes and looks at the house and gives us advice and takes pictures and advertises in the correct places, usually in the first week itself we have many clients and he takes his time in choosing the rights tenants he is always in communication with us and recommends based on his findings. One thing most I find Steven is very friendly, approachable and very helpful, he proactively takes all the necessary things even without us telling him. I definitely will use Stephen and he goes above and beyond in his work and make sure the Tenants and owners are happy and completely Satisfied I will recommend Steven 100% for the quality of the work and the amount of care he takes towards finding the right tenants
