We had an amazing client experience with Anastasia, and her partner Maria (when Anastasia was on vacation). Someone is always available to take you on a showing. Both have home-inspector like knowledge on homes and will point out flaws like water damage, sloping backyard, sloppy renovation work etc. We felt we were being advised by true professional experts during a very hot sellers market during summer and fall of 2021. We were never pressured during all of 4 of our bidding wars and warned not to go crazy when things got crazy during bid #2 and 3. In the end, we ended up with our dream home that had all of our must-haves and nice to haves. We couldn't be more thrilled! Post-deal, Anastasia was also so helpful with liasing with the listing agent about questions about the house. We also appreciated Realosophy's moving checklist.

Anastasia and Maria made our home buying experience a walk in the park. Anastasia bases her advice on data which for me was a great way to understand what we were dealing with. Both her and Maria were very professional and responsive in answering every question and giving us the comfort we needed. I would definitely recommend working with them for anyone looking for a home.

I would rate Maria and Anastasia 7 stars out of 5 if I could. My husband and I engaged the dynamic duo in late 2019 and from the first meeting, we knew we were working with professionals who have incredible knowledge not just of the home buying process, but also of what first time home buyers like us should look for in a house. Buying a home in the Greater Toronto Area is not an easy task, because homes come in all shapes and sizes. Maria and Anastasia helped us understand the pros and cons of a condo vs a town home and a semi detached home. They also would enter each house and inspect everything from the age of windows to the condition of the roof and the pipes under the sink to the furnace and condition of the floor boards, while advising us on how we could improve those and the financial implications involved should we wish to move forward with any given property. They were instrumental in our education of what we should look for as we wanted our first-time home to be something we can grow into. We worked with them for six months and had anywhere from 5-15 viewings per week and they dedicated their week nights and weekends to us, for which we are forever grateful. I don't think anyone could go wrong with engaging this hard working, highly professional, and personable team of experts for both home buying and selling.
