Excellent customer service provided for an associate named Vito. He helped me to find my size in a pair of shoes, we need more associates in retail like him. Very satisfied, definitely I will be back to GLOBO store

I placed an order online. I placed 3 bags for pickup at this location. Even though have all the details for the delivery. They says we have order placed for 2 bags only. I paid for 3 bags, recieved the confirmation for all, still says we have only 2, the bag which i am missing was available for pick up the very next day after i purchased online, still they denied that we dont have your bag, either they have gave it to someone else , or they are misleading me regarding my purchase, thinking that people are fool. Its my right to question them regarding my item, neither they listened to me nor they were interested to provide a good customer service. Such a bad experience and all the credit goes to the store associates.

Terrible service, cashier was on his phone and was giving attitude for having to cash me out. The boots I was purchasing scanned at the cash incorrectly, when I told him thats the incorrect price he rolled his eyes and gave me attitude. Whoever the store manager is needs to do a better job in training/hiring staff.

Extremely rude girls at cashier counter- who said they are managers for the day and also refused to get in touch with store manager.- On Victoria Day while I went to exchange- I repeat to exchange shoes of my son as size was not properly fit to him and need one size bigger- she simply and rudely said no exchange today - though I was ther to exchange- after half hour discussion she agreed then checked the tag- as string of tag not attached she said get string - any type of string and attache and she will exchange for right size- I went out and found a small thread to attach with the shoes and came back- then again she refused to exchange - she was bent on to come for exchange the next day - and when I frustrated my voice slightly raised and she threatened to call security and right after that she started to shout at me and when I told her not to she argued that her natural tone and voice is high and the whole drama continued for another half hour and I end up exchanging my sons shoes but of course couldnt get the colour I want- it was available on other store she can even deliver it to my home but foolishly bent on to come next day to return the one we had.- NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE CISIT THIS STORE!
