I can't trust the safety of my vehicle to them. They missed a broken hatch lock on a safety certificate inspection, told me my bald tires had two seasons left, and didn't report a lose wheel bearing to me. After driving a significant distance on the bald tires and loose wheel bearing, and purchasing new tires elsewhere, where I finally was told the truth about the car, I was advise how unsafe it was to drive anywhere, and had to tow it --- to a different auto mechanic who I can trust. As a woman who needs SAFE & reliable transport, direct muffler failed me. If you want a cheap safety certificate done where they do the bare minimum, don't flag safety issues, and miss items that are on the certification list then this is your best choice. If you want to feel respected, and included in knowing the true condition of your vehicle, go anyplace else. Dennis, the owner needs to rethink his business model. Give people safe, reliable, trustworthy service, not just the cheapest. Shout out to Rick at the main desk, who helped by texting instead of calling due to my hearing loss.
