David William Shoes & More Inc

I attempted to go buy a pair of shoes today after work. I checked the hours on Facebook, google and even their own website. All 3 told me the store is open till 5pm on Fridays. I pay to park my car (as that is the only option in Dundas) I get to the store to find out their have a piece of paper on their door stating their hours are till 4pm. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS. I was trying to support a local store but I would rather go buy from a box chain shoe store as I k ow at least they will have the proper hours of operation. I will never be attempting to shop here again.

I loved my experience!!!! Great warm, energetic and welcoming staff!!! The service was fantastic! I went in for a pair of specific boots and came out knowing I will return next week to buy another!

I absolutely love this shoe store!!! - Eclectic, fun and very fashionable shoes! It is very hard for me to buy shoes since I have a bunion, but David is so knowledgeable and brings much experience in recommending a style and fit. This kind of service and expertise is rare these days! -A real gem of a store in Dundas!

Its hard to buy shoes in lockdown, but I just bought some Bluntstones and im very happy with them as always they were very helpful and very pleasant
