We have been dealing with 5514KM since 2015 as a retailer and have had nothing but the best experience. They are always quick to resolve warranty claims with my customers snd my rep Jennifer is THE best, she deserves a raise, honestly! Dealing with this distributor is a dream! Highly recommend

Completely and utterly disappointed with this company, and their lack of professionalism. We have ordered UPPAbaby parts from them dozens of times, as have our customers, only to have them arrive dirty, defective, or incomplete. Getting things resolved is then a nightmare, and adds unnecessary wait times to the overall order. In addition, as the other poster stated, parts must be ordered over the phone (which is archaic!) and all prices are stated in USD rather than CAD. Their warehouse (and company) clearly needs to be overhauled, as this is just unacceptable.

Hello I purchased my Uppababy less than 4 years ago, also purchased the rumbleseat and piggyback, spending over $1500. My stroller handle bar snapped in half and I am told I have to pay for a replacement and shipping, because I am out of warranty, and now out a stroller. Also I can only do so over the phone via credit card and I don't feel secure or safe about that. I feel that the costumer service here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and in Canada general, lacks proper structure or resources for people that either do not wish to give their information over the phone in an unsecure fashion. It's 2018 things need to be done differently and I am unable to process my order and proceed using my stroller due to this. I am requesting some assistance where I can maybe go to an office to pick it up and pay via debit or that you update your Canadian site in order to make it easier for people to order online.
