Paul: STOP VIOLATING my legal rights.I gave you verbal LEGAL NOTICE, over the phone, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 5:12pm, to STOP TRESPASSING on my property to have flyers delivered by you/your employees. You are NOT ENTITLED to TRESPASS on my property. Today, Thursday, March 2, 2023, when I called you to inform you of another trespassing incident this morning at 9:52am, you claimed that you can go onto any property to deliver flyers regardless of the signs they have posted. You are NOT ENTITLED to ABUSE me by REPEATEDLY violating my legal right to keep you/your workers from TRESPASSING on my property. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! How many times do you need to be told that your employees are NOT WELCOME to deliver flyers, on my property? I have CLEARLY marked SIGNS (private property & no trespassing & no flyers) which your employees CONTINUE to IGNORE - in addition to creating LIABILITY issues with ongoing reckless behaviour. Tues.Jan.24, 2023 - 10:22am - male with scooter, brown jacket, black&grey backpack CLIMBING OVER FENCE on PRIVATE PROPERTY. Mon.Jan.16, 2023 - 9:35am - male with white hoodie, black jacket, black backpack ignoring signs. Unfortunately, many employees of Reliable Flyer Distribution Service do not respect either "NO FLYERS" signs or "PRIVATE PROPERTY/NO TRESPASSING" signs. I am writing this review as a warning to people wanting a flyer delivery service and also as a warning, to homeowners, because of the reckless behaviour of some of the people who are employed by this company. Yesterday, November 23, 2022, at approximately 11:53am, a thin woman wearing a white jacket and backpack climbed OVER a FENCE on my private property, delivered flyers to my mailbox and then walked THROUGH my FRONT GARDEN to the next address - not using the public sidewalk, at all. This woman was delivering flyers for both Belvedere Home Improvements and Lynn Marie Robinson real estate. These flyers from these businesses have been repeatedly delivered to my address, although I have clear signs stating "NO FLYERS and "PRIVATE PROPERTY/NO TRESPASSING". I have contacted both of these businesses, repeatedly, and the issue continues. I decided to contact the owner of the flyer delivery company, Paul, after obtaining the name of the company from someone who said that they were the owner of Belvedere Home Improvements. Although I had already spoken with Paul, years ago, about the behaviour of some of his employees, I decided to try and talk with him, again, as this woman's behaviour is totally unprofessional, unacceptable and dangerous. This flyer delivery woman is a serious LIABILITY to homeowners and ALSO to Paul - and I mentioned this. Paul made a promise to me that the woman in the white jacket will be removed from delivering flyers to my area and that I will never see her on my property, again. I do not want to see ANY of Paul's employees on my property, again. I would appreciate it if ALL of Paul's employees were TRAINED NOT to behave as the woman in the white jacket, did - and that ALL of Paul's employees could respect signs like "NO FLYERS" and "PRIVATE PROPERTY/NO TRESPASSING", which homeowners/residents post on their properties - to AVOID the issues that Paul's employees are CREATING.

I've used Reliable Flyer Distribution for many years and always admire the dedication Paul the owner has to making me as a customer happy. He' goes the extra 10%. Unlike some other flyer services which I've had to use in a bind Reliable Flyer Distribution only accepts payment after the job is done.

I was really in a bind. I'd just dumped the flyer service I'd been working with for two weeks when I found out they'd been trying to do scam me. Then I found Paul. Thank God! (Ask Paul about apartment buildings and condos!) A huge issue with the other flyer companies is they won't deliver to a custom map. They only deliver to postal code zones. Since our needs were very specific, there would have been thousands of flyers printed (and paid for) that I didn't need. And they had zero flexibility. Paul just said, "Send me your map, " and "Sure." Anyway TO THE POINT: Paul really does answer the phone and he really does do exactly what he says. In a nutshell, Paul is an honest and ethical man. All the flyers in our target area were delivered. That's actually a big deal. Many times these flyer delivery ppl will just dump a bunch to make it easier. But this guy's honest. Oh and did I mention great prices? Thanks Paul. It was a great pleasure working with you, and I hope we get a chance to do it again sometime. Cheers.
