        Great experience as a first timer in Michael Garron Hospital ER. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Vladislav Ovchinnikov were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Vladislav Ovchinnikov really took his time to understand and explain my conditions as well as my treatment options. Recommend Michael Garron Hospital.

        Very poor experience. As soon as we entered, a "receptionist" was telling "here, here, hurry up!" After a 15 minute wait, we finally got called in. Took them 30 minutes to perform an ultrasound and the doctor in charge of it was incredibly rude, and forced her to strip naked on the spot, and lifted up her bum without consent. Next came another 15 minute wait and an hour wait in the doctor's office. Save yourself the time, just go to the hospital across the street and stay away from this "clinic" if possible.
