You have to call them 15-20 times or even more to reach to receptionist for booking appointments, try different timings as if you dont have any other job in your life, because their mailbox is always full and you cant leave the message! And yes receptionist is rude, and wont listen to you even after picking up your call. She will cut your sentences, and so much in rush to finish the call. Even after making appointment, be prepared to wait 45-60 minutes for doctor to see you. I was not personally happy with doctor, he is not friendly, no greetings, just doing my job.

The receptionist is a disgusting human being. Condescending and Rude Dr Samer is great.

Terrible receptionist. Every single time I've had an interaction with her I've tried to be nice, as I understand this is an industry where you're constantly dealing with people. In return, every interaction with her, she's been short, and quick to cut me off in the middle of speaking. Nobody forced you to work the job you applied for. If you don't know how to work a public service job, find a new employer. She should be fired honestly.
