I have had the best of care. Dr Fitzpatrick is knowledgeable, engaged, and compassionate. She presents options and is open to discussion. The support staff is warm and friendly.

My doctor, Dr Hum is very nice however, the receptionist ELLIA is extremely rude on the phone. Her tone is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Im an elementary teacher and my daughter and I see Dr Hum, whom is fantastic! Unfortunately we have to call the receptionist to make appts. ELLIA is extremely rude who sounds very angry and dislike her job. The clinic needs to replace her. Amanda is extremely Very Kind and professional. Amanda is a nurse and sometimes pick up calls. So happy with Dr. Li. She is so compassionate and thorough. One of the receptionists at West office is extremely rude and seems to look for confrontation. 7 times now, so she wasn't just having a bad day. I thought it was me, but she was rude to another gentleman as well. Unfortunate to have to endure such unprofessional behavior.

My whole family has been going to Dr. Thomas since I was a kid and I have always had a great experience with all the clinicians that I have met at this facility. I have had several issues both mental & physical that I have gone to Dr. Thomas about and she has been very supportive/helpful every time. She has given me great advice and made extremely helpful/beneficial referrals as well to help me get the resources/care that I need. Highly recommend!
