Worst clinic staff, no courtesy, no manners, no que management.

The doctors here are amazing no hate to them at all. The receptionists at the front need to get fired. They are rude and disrespectful and get mad when its time for them to do their job. I get some people dont understand what youre saying but that doesnt mean you show attitude to those poor people. The receptionist with the glasses is full of attitude and disrespect to everyone. If you dont like your job then quit! And also please hire more people the entire community comes to this clinic and the wait times are so bad.

DO NOT GO HERE. I called to see if they were taking walk-ins and the receptionist cut me off saying closed multiple times before I could even finish my sentence. I couldnt even get my question across before she said no were closed about 5 times. She then continued to say they werent gonna open again until Thursday even though their website and google page says otherwise. Please fire the receptionist on duty today (Saturday, April 1st). She clearly just doesnt want to work.

The doctors prescribe antibiotics unnecessarily (sometimes over the phone after talking to the patient for 2 minutes). I was also referred to another doctor by Dr Lombardi, and he prescribed multiple medications without reason. I later found out that doctor has had disciplinary action taken against him. I didnt take the medications and got a second opinion, but I would encourage all patients to be cautious when seeing the doctors at this medical centre.
