The service of the staff is very poor, the system of taking appointments is very bad, to show the report of cardiology, you have to wait for months.

I booked a walk in appointment with Dr. Farizi. He was not pleasant. I just needed a blood requisition and he fought me on everything that I wanted in a really accusatory manner. He complained that I wrote on the back of the blood req other measurements that I needed. He kept telling me he couldnt add them on but when asked he agreed he could make a new one. He asked if I wanted the results in hand when I left (why?). I asked him to send the results to my family doctor and he said he couldnt but then at the end of the appointment said he would. He made me feel bad about asking for the bare minimum of him as a walk in doctor.

The worst service I ever received from the receptionist. She will not answer any calls and it took atleast one hour to get connect. Very rude response too.

This place is a DUMP. Make an appoinment for a specific time and STILL wait 2+ hours to be called. The times that I have attended this clinic was ALWAYS on a last resort basis. And every time, it is the same. Wait , wait and wait. The doctors are VERY questionable, and a bunch of QUACKS. Stay away from this place if you care about youir health. They do not really get it right at all. An ABSOLOUTE FARCE. I am not a prejiduced individual. But I feel that the people working here ARE! If you are White or Black, stay away!!!!!! This place needs to be CLOSED DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My rating would be a -10
