I love this clothing store! There's a wide range of sophisticated clothing - to everyday regular clothing. In my opinion this store has everything, pants, sweaters, t-shirts, dresses, and etc. Honestly, if I had more money to shop for myself, I would shop here all the time! Thanks for being awesome RW&CO!

Good place for shopping and good customer service

Here I would like to address my noted concerns from last 3-4 visits that I shopped at this location, The blonde lady with glasses who I believe is the area/store manager is rude/bossy to her staff. Each time I visit the store she appears to be loud/awful to her team. We as customers don't want to hear you correcting your team members in-front of other people as It's embarrassing to an individual and should not be done at all in front of others. I ran my own business in past but would never ever correct my team infront of others as it brings discouragement and we as shoppers will feel hesitant in trusting your team. For example one weekend while shopping for my sons grad suit we had a great salesperson helping us with great product/sizing knowledge and excellent service skills, she pulled him aside for a conversation and when he got back his confidence went down the hill, he seemed nervous and anxious throughout our stay in the store. Adding to this I've always noticed the staff members nervous around that blonde manager and how is this not addressed by anyone? Multiple times I have noted her correcting in front of people , apologizing for them (when they absolutely did nothing wrong), overstepping while they're in mid conversation with me. It's not a true leader quality. This was my noted experience from last few weekends that I visited and I believe if your internal customers (staff) are nervous/anxious around you, you should change your leadership style.
