I went to this store. It was horrible. So disrespectful and wouldnt let me return anything. I bought something that was $60 and payed in cash and I asked to return and had the tag and brand new not worn and the owner came up to me so disrespectful and started yelling saying no and threatened on calling security on me. This store is a scam and a joke everything there selling its cheap material and charging you over $60 for it there items are not branded for it to be that expensive they dont have returns because they keep costumers money and only allowed exchange. The items there selling are like $10 each not $60-200 worth nothing there selling is good cheap everything just there to scam people for money. DO NOT GO THERE A SCAM

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. My husband buys a lot of clothes there and after today, we will NEVER return. My daughter tried on a white dress( cheap dress) when she tried to take it off, it accidently touched her face and makeup went on the dress. The owner or manager who was at the cash serving a customer waiting to pay, stopped serving the poor guy to start yelling at me that I have to buy the dress. That she can not clean the dress. As a woman, we know sometimes makeup touches the clothes, it happens in most woman clothing stores. I told her 3 times to keep serving the guy in front of me, I had to walk away for her to shut up and serve him. I had a dress shirt that my husband wanted to buy, but she kept going like a broken record. I told her to simple used a tide whipes and it will come off. She told me that I should go buy the wipes and clean it myself. Very very disrespectful. If you own a clothing stores, you should have some tide wipes or pencil in case of accident, this should not be the responsibility of the customer. I left the the shirt my husband wanted to buy and walked out. I do not recommend this store. Very poor service. If you do try on clothes, bring your own wipes and maybe a steamer just in case.

Would give a "0" stars if could. AWFUL Customer Service!!!! Awfuuuuul!!!!.... Recently moved to neighborhood and got impressed with what a great variety of clothes this store has. So I purchased a cocktail dress that really appeared to me, as I planned to wear it on my vacation which I suppose to leave in a week. Been told that "we don't allow into fitting rooms Because of Covid!!... But if you realize (after trying one at home) that it doesn't fit, you can bring it back and WE WILL EXCHANGE, but no refund". Ok..alright. Since I really liked that dress - purchased it with my eyes closed, thinking it should fit. Apparently Not. Not gonna explain here why... Brought it back in few days - wanted at least to exchange for some other nice item that they have in selection. "I CAN'T Accept this dress back or exchange, Bacause you most likely wore it TO THE PARTY!" (with a tag on)!. I was shocked, if I can describe so... I tried to explain something - was meaningless, she pretended like I speak no English. She made me going into fitting room and try it on. Then she was convincing me that "the dress looks great" on me (its like I don't know how things looks on me), moreover, "the places where its not - can be trimmed and tailored". Only one thing she didn't offer...to pay for tailoring services. Absolutely never go there again, and DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
