went in today looking for an item that the website said there were 2 left in store. I looked around the store a bit and could not find what I was looking for. The wonderful sales woman asked if I needed help and she was so nice and friendly. She went in the back to look for my item and didn't find it. then she was searching in the stock on the floor. she found the item I was looking for!! it was a very pleasant experience. the store was also so clean and very well organized. I would definitely shop here again!

Went with my wife to make a return yesterday. 4 teenage girls (3 white 1 asian) all around at the cash register doing absolutely nothing but talking with each other. Conversations were not work appropriate at all. What is most astonishing is even when we arrived at the counter they were still continuing the conversation without any concerns. I really hope management is reading this and aware as you have employees that do not understand the meaning of work and are just getting a free ride with no consequences.. sad state of affairs

Absolute worst customer service ever. Called twice and got put on hold and then hung up on. After more calls I got ignored. Not to mention the instore service was absolutely terrible as well. Associates were only focused on themselves and chatting to each other while there was customers waiting. I spent 500 dollars here and nobody acknowledged me.

Went to this location on Black Friday to purchase some items I had seen online so I knew what I wanted. As noted by other reviewers, the staff at this store is extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and dismissive. They'll go out of their way to avoid you if they sense you need help. They all look like they HATE their job. When I walked in, not a single staff on the floor greeted me or asked if I needed help. There were several young women (staff) on the floor that were zoning and also intentionally turning away when they noticed people coming in their direction. The fitting room was completely unmanned. Customers were walking in and out with no limit on the items and without any help. I needed to try another size in the fitting room but there was nobody around so I had to dress and go out to look for it myself. I saw this Indian girl close by and waited for her to acknowledge me. When she didn't, I went up to her and asked for help. She grimaced and reluctantly went in the area where the said item was supposed to be. After rummaging for a few seconds she said sorry this is all we have and walked away. I checked myself after she left and found the correct size. I ended up buying the items as I needed them at the moment or else I wouldn't give them a penny of my business. This store really but a damper on my entire shopping experience that day. Very disappointed by the service and will not be returning. I encourage other shoppers to go to other locations and skip this one. Horrible. Zero stars. Dynamite, do better and hire people who will actually help customers.
