This was my second time using Whatabloom and they didn't disappoint. I was looking for a cost effective way to send a friend a surprise arrangement, when they arrived my friend messaged me saying how delighted they were with the flowers and that it made their day.

Placed my flower order with Whatabloom and had a great experience from beginning to end! The flowers arrived just in time to surprise my fianc. They were fresh, fragrant and long lasting.

My husband ordered me a very beautiful large vase arangement for valentines day today. It did not get delivered he called three times in the afternoon no call backs at all. Also called tbis evening and got ansering machine. He paid over 100 dollars. So thank you Happy Valentines Day to me you ruined his suprise. Very poorly done, today should have been a day well prepared for you as a flower company. Not to mention I had same problem a few years ago with a christmas arangement finally showed up for my mom at 8pm. Now I have recieved an apology not even in a vase or anything. They look like something I bought from a corner store. Weather or not you refund somebody you ruined the surprise with no explanation and believe you should have sent what was ordered out of courtisea.

We were in our car in the area and saw their car making a left turn almost running a pedestrian over and the pedestrian had a green walking signal. The car was branded 'what a bloom' and we noticed a lady with blond hair rolled her window down to yell at the pedestrian. How rude. I wouldn't be giving my services to this business if they're rude to people in general.
