Horrible experience bordering on fraudulent. Was in store at the start of May while visiting a friend; tried on a nice fitting shirt, but the exact one I wanted had to be ordered in - no problem, I thought. Paid in full to have it sent to my home never arrived. Called earlier today only to be told my order was cancelled (I was never notified), and that apparently I can only get my refund by going back to this particular store I live over an hour away. Someone was supposed to call me back to discuss the situation, and they never did. Guess Im out $300+?

I had a great experience here having to shop for a suit on short notice. Laya was my advisor and helped me pick out a suit and accessories for an event I had the following week. She was delightful to work with and is very helpful and insightful. She knew exactly what she was doing and what I needed. On top of that they were able to have my suit altered and ready for pickup well ahead of time, which was a huge relief. Huge kudos to Laya and the other staff here.

I had an exceptional experience at this location. Damiano was an excellent advisor and assisted and educated me during my suit shopping experience. He went above and beyond and made it a fun experience every step of the way. I look forward to visiting Damiano at Harry Rosen in the future!
