Super friendly and helpful staff over email and on the phone. I had eleven pieces to donate, and after I got them out of the house onto my driveway and porch, the Furniture Bank team picked them up with ease. I had an in-kind tax receipt in my inbox less than twenty-four hours later. Professional and efficient, great experience overall. I feel great knowing my donation will help families in need rather than ending up in some junk yard.

The experience of dealing with Furniture Bank was pleasant every step of the way, from the initial phone call for information, through to the estimate of cost and pick-up of furniture. All staff were courteous, friendly and good at their jobs. Would not hesitate to use them again for donating furniture and household goods.
