I recently had my lenses replaced at this lab into my specialty hand-made frames from Paris. I left explicit instructions to not use harsh chemicals to clean the enamelbut when I picked them up at the opticians there were deep scratches and gouges right in the middle of the frame as though someone had taken a sharp metal object to it. It was nowhere near the outside of the frame, where the screws are to dismantle the frames. Luckily I took detailed photos of my glasses right BEFORE I sent them off, so the damage is documented. Im hoping that the lab will admit to their error and compensate me fully. NOTE: I will upgrade this review if compensated.

If you want to see exposed Discrimination of black people go get a job at this company its the worst and nothing is done about it since it starts from the supervisors I felt soooo small working at this company located at Evans

I am very disappointed with the Essilor Warranty policy - they warranty the lenses for 2 years - then right after the warranty runs out the coatings - degrade ( a slow process ) then you get glare - especially while driving - then you contact your optometrist who tells you you are out of warranty and out of luck - I have spent thousands of dollars on these lenses over the years . This is now the second time this has happened to me . I won't get fooled again .
