I haven't visited a place with such a rude receptionist like the one at this optometrists office. It's clear as day who she prefers to speak nicely to and who she does not (even though my family and I have been coming here for years!). My dad is an elderly man and I have taken him in a few times but again, she prefers to be kind to the select people she likes. The glasses adjuster is also condescending who has been working there for years...honestly, I have only stayed coming in here because of Dr winter. Those two women probably have driven people out of the clinic to not come back. Also, the eye technician who you first see prior to seeing Dr Winter is kind and patient. But 1 star because I wanted to give them one more try the last time when we recently visited but again, the discrimination was shown. Thanks.

Visited Dr. Maggisano for an eye exam recently. I was so completely happy with her. Dr. Maggisano is highly professional while still being warm and welcoming. She was thorough and made sure to explain what she was doing in detail every step of the way. Truly the best experience. Will now go nowhere else for my eye care health.

Dr. Maggisano is the absolute greatest for dry eye and other issues. So happy my family found her. Also incredible with kids.

The staff are incredibly rude and condescending. Your attitude needs some major adjustment. I have worked in customer service for most of my life and that is NOT the way you should be treating customers, especially after spending a lot of money on glasses that I am not even happy with. It's disgusting how they try to upsell you and seem more concerned with making money than making sure the customer is happy. Stay away from this place!
