Shawarma and Kebab Palace

Their Chicken Shawarma wraps are the best around this area. The other content on them menu was okay. But those wraps, were 5 out of 5. Sad to see the store boarded up now.

The attendant wasn't happy serving! He seems to be not in the nood serving and mad! Showed zero ethics! Never had any customer service practice! The crew needs re-training!!! Worst service in Canada!

Restaurant showed that it was open but when we went there in the afternoon it was closed! Also prior to that I had a bad experience as when we ordered a platter that was on the menu, they said they cannot make it because they need 24 hour notice. We had gotten that platter before during Ramadan and before Ramadan and didn't require notice. I guess it was good when it first opened but has bad service now. Food is good whenever it is available for you to get it

I had bad experience with these guys food sometimes is great some times is bad never complained about thier food but by calling me a lier I wouldn't take that you don't call a customer a lier it's not customer fault if u didn't charge them for something and than you sat you didn't charge them the lady who works Saturday she's great lady and she's best with food I wish I know her name but all the others they have long tung disrespectful and they don't even do a good Job I come from far to eat here and I get treated like this last time I will come here.
