Hey Little Burgundy! Why do staff think its okay to chit chat with each other and pick apart my outfit Im wearing in a different language. Guess what I speak that language so the joke is on them. Wow is all I have to say PS: Make sure you the customer isnt fluent in French before your decide to insult her weight.

Ive been contemplating writing this review for the past few days, but my experience at this particular store is not sitting well with me so I have no other choice but to share. I visited the location a couple of days ago and I noticed something the sales associates were so quick to help the Caucasian customers, but when I asked for their assistance (to get a size or if I could see a bag on the top shelf) it was an issueit was evident. I even caught the catty sales associates talking about me to each other as if I couldnt hear them. They were unfriendly and basically just wanted to get me out. The service was distasteful, lazy and subpar. Its a shame because I had my eye on three items, but such an experience made me leave the store empty handed.

Amazing service from Catherine! She is so insightful about all the shoes and has amazing customer service ! I definitely recommend her. She is the best - super kind!
