HORRIBLE customer service at the Cederbrea location. The employee working there (who is afghan) was busy talking on the phone in Farsi did not acknowledge us in the store and was SOOOOO bothered by our asking to show baby shoes (which are locked in a glass counter) she then disappeared with her phone to the back for 10 minutes. When she finally came back, and we asked for size/price, her demeanour continued to be RUDE. We saw that the shoes were 20%off which would bring our total to $26 (a friend that referred us to the store always bargains with no problem) so we asked nicely if we could pay cash and get it for $20, OMG THIS LADY WENT OFF, talking about we live in Canada we dont do this stuff blah blah. Completely taken a back at her outburst on something she could have told us politely. When asked if she was the owner she yelled YES (100% she was not the owner and I actually feel bad for the owner who has employed such an horrible worker who is sending away customers). Ive tried reaching out to customer service via Instagram, with no response.

Came back for 2 pairs of shoes. First lady i came in contact last week was a sweet heart(reason i came back). Today though...Sales lady was SO rude,(different lady) what a nightmare! Left the store with another upset customer. 2 sales that i purposely went for were lost. Management needs to speak to their staff ASAP.

Worst costumer service ever had. Lady she dont know how to deal with costumer. Busy on phone and ignoring customers is this a reason you guys open the store?
