Lived here for a year and a half now. The building is good. Very well maintained. The management is very professional and responsive especially Nicole. There were ants in the apartment, but the Management responded and it is all good. Very clean hallways and lobby. I deducted one star because fire alarm goes one very often. It is so annoying. But it is understandable since it is an old building.

I worked here as a cleaner and barely received good training also management is very condescending! And think they are better than you. The staff are not in sync with cleaning instructions I got talked down to and sworn at for doing what was instructed on the cleaning checklist and by another coworker. I took a 15 minute break and they already said I took too long they were spying on me through the cameras which is very creepy and of course other workers are allowed to take various breaks and go out for smokes and they dont get penalized for it. Also the laundry area is very filthy bugs everywhere and people leaving there dirty laundry behind.

I lived there for 2 years and the building has good amenities, but the management needs to do better in certain areas. It's close to groceries, bus stops, and parks.
