        I have lived in this building for 11 years. I loved it there. I have had to move out unexpectedly but hoping to be able to move in again next year. It is immaculately maintained. It is quiet with most residents being 55 and older. People are very friendly and respectful. Even the parking garages are very clean. Its a great place to live.

        The place really seems to hate kids. The kids dont bother anyone but the condo keeps making more and more rules. Like kids have to bike in the street and cant use chalk on the side walks. I dont even have kids but it bothers me how they treat them.
