I went for a Pap smear this morning. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional, personable, patient, made me feel relaxed and answered my questions fully. I was there a few years ago for fungus on my toes and again I received excellent service.

The nurse practitioner and nurses I have dealt with here have been great, however I can not recommend this clinic because of their poor communication and lack of contact options. There is no voicemail, no call waiting, no email, no way to contact other than being lucky enough for them to pick up when you call (there is also a window in the middle of the day where they don't answer calls and they are closed on random days for no reason). I have never had issues with getting prescription refills with any walk-in doctor but always have issues with this clinic communicating the information to the pharmacy, and not being able to contact them creates additional challenges. They take a hostile approach when I express any difficulties I am having with their services. I mostly rely on walk-in services despite my primary physician being at this clinic. Avoid if you can.
