I had been to the lab on Friday Feb 07th, 2023 around 7.10 in the morning. The phlebotomist unable to find a vein on my right hand although, I shown her a vein. She poked the marginal thin vein. She tried to manipulate but unable to get sample. She tried on left hand and again I shown her the vein. I told her that since long time, I am coming over here. Ultimately she took, the sample from my forehand. It was a painful experience and got a big bulge at the site. After 24hrs a large hematoma appeared on the skin. It was not a good experience.

Dont waste your time, try a company other than Dynacare. Dynacare has an online registration system which gives you an expected wait time. I made my way to the clinic and arrived 10 minutes before the expected time, only to find that the expected time started increasing and increasing. I left when it reached an hour. Attendant says two people finished their shifts. Pretty silly of Dynacare to pretend that they have an online registration system that saves clients time, when it doesnt reflect their working conditions.
