Geoff is a great mortgage broker, my wifes parents recommended him to us. Geoff has helped us on two property purchases. Once completely remotely when we were out west in Alberta to purchase a condo and once locally in ottawa for our current townhouse. Very professional with prompt email responses from himself or his assistant :) Got us very competitive rates (obviously this is dependant on your own financial situation)
