Alain helped me find what I call my Home, and I cant thank him enough! He did a fantastic job of finding out what I wanted, was most helpful in the hunt for a home, was super fast booking the viewings and very flexible about showing it to me after hours and on weekends. He had a great sense for the value of houses and a kind way of steering me in a wise direction. He is very respectful, courteous and professional. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

Alain has helped us buy 2 great homes! With our first home he was helping us see the postive and negative points of the houses we saw which helped us make the best decision. He was very prompt with booking viewings and submitting offers. He also had his knowledge of past units and pricing of the area which helped us get a great deal on our first home! Our second home was a very sudden purchase on Christmas eve, Alain was able to respond to us promptly and closed our deal! He is very committed and knowledgable about the housing market and had great connections for us for a house inspector and lawyer to use for our closing.
