The Gunn Team (though I dealt with Ritchie primarily) sold my Mom's condo for me. The service was excellent in that at the actual final stages it was sold while I was in Burma. There were open houses, which for me was a must. He kept us informed of every visit through his team or through other realtors. I would definitely call on Ritchie when it is time for us to move.

We had a great experience working with Ritchie to sell our Kanata home, and buy our new home in the Ottawa Valley. In terms of selling, he definitely offers his honest opinions on market demand/pricing, etc. He wont pressure you to spend money on home upgrades to sell, if not required (or you wont get the money back out of the house), and offers valuable tips on staging, etc. In terms of buying, Ritchie is very helpful during viewings and negotiations. He is also not afraid to be honest with you about whether a home is suitable for your needs. He definitely wants to see his clients happy, and to see them make the right choice. He also makes himself available to his clients at all times, and is willing to go the extra mile to help out. And on top of all that, hes just a great person, which is important when you spend so much time with your realtor at showings!!

When we decided to relocate from Toronto to Ottawa we needed to find a Realtor we could rely on to take the time to understand what we were looking for so that our house hunting trips were productive and efficient. A friend had referred us to Ritchie and the Gunn Team and it was a great fit right from the beginning. Ritchie really took the time to understand our situation and what we were looking for in a new home. Ritchie is very knowledgeable on all the different neighborhoods, schools and amenities in Ottawa and was able to talk to us about the areas that would be ideal for our family. Looking for a home in a different city is always a little more challenging and Ritchie was able to put together an extensive selection of homes that fit within our budget and had the features we were looking for so that when we made the trip up to Ottawa we were able to see everything over the course of 4 days. He was very organized and went above and beyond to accommodate us in terms of going back to see homes more than once to make sure we really had the opportunity to consider all the features.
