CIBC Branch with ATM

How could a bank rank this low. People invest millions if not billions and still bad service. Keep ur money at home . Better cheaper safer

I went 2 times to apply for a business visa, first time they put me with a new lady agent whichs not familiar what she can do and she applied for me under my personal liability not the business, Second time i called the business number and I applied for the business liability visa and approved me, they booked me to go sign the contract, once i come here they assigned me also with another lady agent she doesnt know anything or even why i have appointment today with her and even she cant find the contact on the system, Very frustrating and disappointing, Really pathetic

Went to deposit a cheque. Ive Been a customer of cibc for years my father works at a different branch with Cibc. The teller at this location precedes to ask me if Ive been in a car accident and is that what this cheque is for. Awful service they need training on how to be personable and provide better customer service.

They kept recommending me to use their website/app but those never work well for me. Please make things more accessible to people, especially those without cellphones, 2FA, etc.
