        Why is a bank closed on a Saturday? There are no CIBC atms in the downtown area except for this bank...

        Never had an issue with this location. Lineups may be slow moving at times, but never have any problems. Those who complained about ATM doors being locked in evening's, need to realize that due to homeless/addiction running rampant, there had been numerous times that paraphernalia found, people sleeping between doors, and also attempted robberies. Hence why security when is open, and why doors are locked at night.

        Very helpful staff at this location. Never had a problem with them. A customer service representative helped resolve an issue I was having with my online banking and guided me through it.. Now I do my banking using a cibc app instead of using Chrome. . Thank you Riddhi for your assistance.
