I waited for 20 minutes in line, when it was finally my turn to be served, the teller plopped down her another person will serve you sign and said Im going on break. I was shocked, as staff had already apologized for how long the wait was. I work in customer service, and I would NEVER take a break before customers that have been waiting an exceptionally long time are looked after. Seriously shocking behaviour.

Since no one responds to my phone calls and voicemails maybe this review will caught your attention and put yourself to work since you just sit there and do nothing yes its you SNEHAL VYAS and this branch! I applied for a mortgage and was hoping to get one since IM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER and have several products with scotia but this person who I taught will understand my situation just didnt respond after I send all the needed documents, I left voicemails with no response 2 months after when I filed a complaint and it got escalated I just found out that they already relied the message to my sister that the application isnt approved like seriously? I am THE MAIN APPLICANT I FOLLOW UP and LEAVE VOICEMAILS, theres MAIL, TEXT ,PHONE etc and yet you cant tell straight to my face that I am not qualified? Is it HARD to compose an email or leave a voicemail saying I am not? Wheres the PROFESSIONALISM and COURTESY here? Im so disappointed on how you deal with complaints SCOTIABANK.

Poorest service received at this branch on May 27. I needed a statement printed for my savings account and the lady was rude, condescending and cold. She asked me what else and when I said nothing, thanks. She did not even say goodbye. So disappointed , I would mention her name but I bet she recognizes herself. Do better!
