        Okay staff, ATMs never work. I dont think the drive through has ever worked for me.

        If I could give zero I would. I was a first time home buyer, and my mortgage rep decided to give me 2 mortgages. ( basically took my one mortgage and split it in to 2 separate payments.) I told her I felt that was weird, and I prefer to just do the one large payment. Anyway she doesnt listen. Later one dealing with member of this team for my investments is a living nightmare, they have attitude, offer no help. Customer service in particular is atrocious. Katie in particular is snarky, and hostile in her tone. Save yourself the hassle, dont invest here, dont do anything with this bank.
