        I went in because I had an issue with my E transfer. Staff lack knowledge and experience. I do not understand why the manager is employing young individuals without any background experience. This young lady told me they do not have access to any Transfer information. Even more embarrassing when she wrote a phone number that is on the back of the card on a sticky note. I went to a different breach and they solved my issue within seconds.
