        Worst bank and incompetent staff ever. Started my GIC account with the bank and every month they deposit taking their own sweet time and never on schedule. I literally have to beg and quarell for my own money. If you are newcomer or wish to have any bank services , never chose this bank as it will save your time and energy. Choose Scotia or TD where my colleagues have no trouble at all. Worst banking services ever. Especially the agent Ms. Lita never responds to calls or emails and give the same automated out of office reply sincr I started my GIC account. If the top management can see this , make sure the issue is resolved so the reputation is not tarnished. Pity.!

        What a horrible experience getting a mortgage from this branch. Lost paperwork twice asking me to com in again to sign and selling me a service I didn't ask for and taking over 4 months now and not resolved.
