        You should avoid this branch of the bank. Better go to another one with more friendly and customer-oriented staff. After talking to them, I didn't want to deal with this bank again. I hope this doesn't happen again.

        Hope to put no stars but theres no option for that. Anyways, please avoid this bank at all cost! Ive been with them for 8 years, everything was fine until the pandemic happened. Piece of advice dont put your loyalty on something or someone thats not worth / deserve it. They are the only bank of mine who sent me to litigation. The rest of my banks THEY UNDERSTAND my situation and gave me time to pay my debts. I Hope what you did to me or to your millions of clients wont come back to you. After 8 years that I never missed my payments this is what I get? just because I only missed some payments for the things thats not on my controlthey did this to me. Well it shows what kind of bank they are. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. Never ever again RBC.
